Warren Jaferian, Dean

Background and Experience:
Warren joined Endicott in 2011 following a 20-year career in international business. He served as global vice president for a leading multi-national corporation based in Paris and was responsible for strategic planning, sales, marketing, and innovation. His international assignments included postings in Saudi Arabia, Nigeria, Cameroon, Gabon, Chad, and France.

Warren has lived in 11 countries, and has traveled to more than 110 worldwide. He studied abroad in West Africa and served as a development volunteer upon graduation from college. He was raised in Geneva, Switzerland and attended the College du Leman International School. Warren obtained an M.Ed. in Higher Education Administration from Northeastern University, and pursued an MAT from Tufts University. He obtained a B.A. International Relations and French at Ohio Wesleyan University.

Rachel Fleming, Associate Director of Study Abroad Programs

Background and Experience: 
Rachel joined Endicott in 2021 as an Account Manager in the Communications & Marketing team. In that role, she worked closely with the Global Education Office and made the switch to Study Abroad Advisor after a year. Her background is predominately in travel and marketing and she brings her passions for studying abroad and global experiences to her role here. Rachel received her B.A. in History from Salem State University as a Commonwealth Honors Scholar and her M.A. in History from the University of Vermont. 

When Rachel studied abroad she attended the University of Limerick in Ireland and absolutely loved it. She is always planning her next trip. 

Olivia Cafarelli, International Student Services & Marketing Advisor

Background and Experience:
Olivia joined 熊猫在线视频’s Global Education Office in 2025 as the International Student & Marketing Advisor. Her connection to Endicott began in 2021 as an undergraduate student, where she quickly became involved in the campus community and developed a strong interest in global education. While earning her B.S. in Communication, she worked in the Global Education Office, supporting study abroad and international student programming.

Her passion for international education was sparked by an early trip to Italy, which inspired her to study abroad in Florence and later in Japan. These experiences deepened her appreciation for cultural exchange and informed her senior thesis on cultural stereotypes in tourism advertising. Today, Olivia brings her background in communication, creativity in marketing, and firsthand international experience to support both incoming international students and those preparing for their global journeys.
